Are these laptops good for work or school?
Absolutely. We focus on business-class machines (ThinkPads, Dell Latitudes) designed for professionals, now available at a fraction of the price — but fully renewed.
What is your return policy?
30-day no-questions-asked returns. If something isn’t right, we’ll pay return shipping and make it right.
Do I need to buy windows separately?
No — all laptops come with a genuine Windows license activated and ready to go. You’ll start fresh from the setup screen (OOBE), just like a brand new laptop.
Can I upgrade my laptop later?
Yes! Part of the reason that we believe that these laptops are better solutions than new cheap consumer laptops is that they are more serviceable than most consumer laptops. On each laptop we indicate if something is or is not user upgrade-able.
TLDR: We’re happy to guide you through it or offer post-sale upgrades. If common components like RAM or SSD are not user upgrade-able on a given laptop it will be listed in the store.
